I Heart Applesauce

I am completely exhausted. I know, I know, I start most posts with "I am exhausted," but that is my life. My parents stayed up here last night after the trick-or-treating festivities, and today we canned applesauce. Fifteen half-pints of baby food and nineteen quarts of yummy grown-up applesauce complete with nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and little chunks of apples. We had three boxes of apples, and we combined Cameos, Galas and Emperors, and let me tell you, it is tasty. We started about ten-thirty this morning and finished cleaning up around ten o'clock tonight. Well, mostly cleaned up, the floor is one level above Nasty, but there is no way I am tackling that tonight. I am so ready to set my clock back, climb into my bed, and not move for about three hours till I have to get up to pee. Marty and I already decided that tomorrow we will be attending St. Mattress (get it?) instead of our regular church, and I am looking forward to sleeping in. Right now I don't know why I am still blogging when I could be cozy in bed, so I am heading to slumber-land. Good night!
